Applications to run the bar at Warwickshire Pride are now open.

We have a single bar provision each year. If you can meet all the terms and conditions below, email us at info@warwickshirepride.co.uk to express your interest. The deadline is Friday 17th June.

Terms and conditions

​

• Bar concession to provide one high volume fixed bar that will situated near to the main stage.

• Bar concession to apply to Warwick District Council for the TEN (Temporary Event Notice) relating to the sale of alcohol.

• Bar concession to provide staff to run the bar.

• Bar concession to have exclusive pouring rights on alcohol.

• Bar concession to sell a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

• Bar concession to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

• Bar concession to cover the cost of any security, generator, tables, seating, or anything else they feel is required.

• Warwickshire Pride will provide a licence to hold the event.

• Warwickshire Pride will provide bins for rubbish and recycling.

• Bar concession to pay a fee of £600 (inclusive of VAT) to Warwickshire Pride.
