We are more than just an annual Pride festival. We run a range of services, activities, social events and training throughout the year. On this page you will find information about all of those things.
If you are LGBT+ and aged 13 - 19, Proud Youth is for you. It's a place to relax, be yourself, meet new people, and get some advice or support too if you need it. Proud Youth is free to attend and runs on Saturdays from 12:00pm - 3:00pm at The Glasshouse inside the Jephson Gardens in Leamington Spa.
This is a monthly group for parents, families and carers of LGBT+ people. If you are struggling to come to terms with your family member's sexuality or gender identity, this group is for you. It's also a social space for parents, families and carers of LGBT+ people to meet others. Proud Parents runs on the first Saturday of each month from 10:00am - 12:00pm at The Glasshouse inside the Jephson Gardens in Leamington Spa.
This is a fabulous monthly social group for LGBT+ people with learning disabilities. It takes place on the last Tuesday of each month from 12:00pm - 2:00pm at The Duke bar in Leamington Spa. No Barriers is all about empowering LGBT+ people with learning disabilities to be part of the community, socialise and not be held back by their disabilities.
We are currently arranging a whole range of social for local LGBT+ people to enjoy.
If you are in need of someone to talk to or would like some advice and support, feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text 07580 532659 and one of our team will get back to you pretty quickly. You are never alone and we are here for you if you need us.
We deliver a variety of LGBT+ awareness training courses to any organisation or person working with or for LGBT+ people, as well as young people. From September 2017, FREE LGBT+ Awareness training will be available to voluntary and public sector organisations. Details coming soon.
We carry out a range of research projects to understand the issues that LGBT+ people face and guage the needs of the community. We write a report on each piece of research we conduct, and feed the results back to key people and decision makers with the hope of inspiring positive changes that make everything a bit better for LGBT+ people locally.
To find out more about any of the services, activities, events or training that we run, please email email@example.com or call/text 07580 532659 to speak to a member of our team.
